The MC Story and Folks 

 

Marisa came to the United States in 2014 through an international program that links students from Asia with families in the US that are seeking a nanny or household help as an opportunity for travel, education and a chance to experience living in the US. 

Marisa has an amazing story of strength, resilience and hard work. Her skill set is wide with experience in multiple industries including work as a licensed nail technician, various management positions in the food industry and has helped many business owners and associates in the Thai community to open their businesses and set a solid foundation. 

Marisa brings all her talent and experience to MC Furniture Care as our Director of Business Strategy in addition to the service title of Advanced Upholstery Repair Specialist as Marisa has years of experience in Sewing, Stitching, fabric repair and more. 

 

​Christopher, originally from Cincinnati also has a wide range of skills and abilities in several fields including Construction, leadership roles in behavioral health, web design, media and of course furniture restoration and repair.

 

 Marisa and Christopher started MC Furniture Care  because they saw a real need for change in the workplace (and in the world) and decided that building a business doing work they enjoy, and meeting people through that work, could deliver a greater impact.

 

Marisa and Chris have spent their careers helping others and plan to use MC Furniture Care as a resource for their continued work through networking and building with people that are hardworking and reliable that care about helping others and making a difference in their communities.
